\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThese Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Mediexplore S.A.S. (hereinafter, \u201cthe Company\u201d) and any natural or legal person who uses the services offered through the company (hereinafter, \u201cthe Client\u201d). By using the services of Mediexplore S.A.S., the Client fully accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2. Services\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMediexplore S.A.S. offers medical tourism services that include, but are not limited to: booking airline tickets, scheduling medical appointments with specialists, transportation, lodging and post-surgical care. The company is committed to provide a quality service and to comply with the standards established in the industry, regulated by the superintendence corresponding to each service and the client is committed to provide timely and truthful information on each occasion, in addition to making payments according to the stipulated commitments.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Reservations and Payments\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tReservation<\/b> In order to guarantee the availability of the services, a payment of 20% of the total value of the tourist package will be required as an advance payment, which will not be refundable whenever the cancellation is not due to medical specialties.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPostponement:<\/b> The Client may postpone the dates for up to two (2) months, as long as he\/she notifies the Company at least 15 days in advance and will be responsible for the additional expenses incurred in some of the services such as the reservation of air tickets.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFull payment:<\/b> The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed means of payment, at the same time you contact your consultant upon arrival in the country; for the start of the provision of medical services must be paid in full.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
